What you’ll be doing
We’ll help you develop all the skills, knowledge and confidence you need to give our customers extraordinary service. Spend the first four weeks learning the ropes. After that, we’ll let you loose on the phones, supported by your line manager. We’ll also assign you a buddy and assessor to guide you through your day-to-day tasks and Level 2 or 3 qualification. Once you’ve completed the 15 months, you’re guaranteed a permanent role in the Sky family.

This role is based in Stockport
Programme duration is 15 months, rolling off into a permanent position
Expected start is 18th January 2021
Expect our full support, helping you to achieve a nationally-recognised Level 2 or 3 Customer Service Practitioner standard.
What we’re looking for
You’ll need a minimum of two GCSEs A* – C (or equivalent grades 9-4) if you’re applying for a role in England.
In addition, as part of the apprenticeship you will be required to evidence if you already have achieved Core skills (minimum of two GCSEs A* – C/ 9-4 grades, or equivalent, in English and Maths) through school or further education then you would not be required to repeat these. If you haven’t achieved them or cannot provide evidence then you will be required to achieve them as part of the programme.
