In this job you will be...

  • Installing and upgrading Software
  • Maintaining and manage accurate data, files and records
  • Producing reports and other correspondence using a range of office technology packages, to a high standard of accuracy and presentation
  • Presenting and promote an appropriate public image in representing the company
  • Working as part of team committed to excellent customer service with a pro-active approach

Advanced Apprenticeship Infrastructure Technician Level 3 (equivalent to A- level educational level), MTA Networking Fundamentals, MTA Mobility and Devices Fundamentals, MTA Cloud Fundamentals, One Microsoft MOC on demanded course

Who should apply...

  • Someone with previous knowledge and a love of all things IT
  • A methodical, hardworking and efficient individual
  • Someone with ideally 5 GCSE Grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English

Full time employment on successful completion of apprenticeship with the opportunity to progress on a higher apprenticeship program will be available to the right candidate.
