Applications for our Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship are now open for a September 2024 start.
This apprenticeship is aimed at those that have completed A Levels or equivalent studies and are looking to embark on an exciting career and earn as they learn. The apprenticeship will provide an insight into procurement within a global law firm.

As an apprentice, you will support the day-to-day activity of a busy global procurement function, from organising meetings with internal and external stakeholders to participating in the integration of sustainability initiatives, and process improvement projects. As well as providing administrative support to the team, you will assist in conducting market research to identify potential suppliers, new products, and services that could add value to the firm.
In addition to a dedicated supervisor at Kennedys, you will have a tutor at Ginger Nut Training to ensure that you have all the support you need at work and with your studies. We offer a competitive salary (paying at a minimum the UK Living wage both in and outside London).
Ginger Nut Training will be our learning provider for the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship which will take place remotely. The apprenticeship will involve working at Kennedys four days a week and having one day a week to study.
To be considered for an apprenticeship, you will need:
- 3 x A-Levels or equivalent at Grade B or above
