We’re passionate about human insight-based creativity, which underpins everything we do within our Digital Design teams. The work you’ll be doing combines the worlds of user interaction and user experience, so you’ll never get bored.  You’ll learn how to simplify user journeys, define the digital experience of products as part of a squad, translate user needs and business goals into compelling interactive customer journeys and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. You’ll do this by experiencing roles in content design, user research, data analytics, product owner and much more.

This job is available in the Digital part of our business. 

About the apprenticeship you’ll study for

As a User Experience Designer Degree Apprentice, you’ll study toward a Digital User Experience (UX) degree from Manchester Metropolitan University, receiving a full level 6 BSc (hons) degree in UX.

  • The degree course runs for four years and is a work-based learning degree.
  • You’ll spend a minimum of 20% of your time learning and studying.
