What you’ll be doing

Our Security team have the expertise to deal with up to 6,500 cyber-attacks every day. With over 5,500 global customers, our work has a real impact all around the world. Throughout the course of your apprenticeship you’ll be taught job specific skills such as planning, designing, building and testing simple networks. You’ll be taught the methods required to identify and evaluate network security risks and then incorporate appropriate security products and processes into network designs to increase security, resilience and dependability.

About the apprenticeship you’ll study for

As a Network Engineer, you’ll study for a Level 6 apprenticeship called Digital & Technology Solutions Professional (Integrated Degree). This is an apprenticeship degree course, meaning if you complete the course successfully, you’ll receive a degree from one of our university partners.

  • The degree course runs for three years and is a work-based learning degree.
  • You’ll spend a minimum of 20% of your time learning and studying.
