Profile

Why Irwin Mitchell?

Irwin Mitchell is unlike any other law firm. Nationally acclaimed, with a strong international capability, we offer a broad range of legal services to national and international organisations and institutions, small and medium-sized businesses and private individuals.

We currently employ over 2,500 members of staff, including over 1,000 legally trained personnel and have helped over one million clients in our 100 year history.

As an apprentice, you’ll be part of the team that makes these cases happen and you’ll have a chance to make a real impact.

Although we do very important work, Irwin Mitchell is a very modern employer and is therefore still a relaxed and friendly place to work. You’ll have our support through every step of your apprenticeship and everyone you work with will be happy to help. You won’t have to wear business attire all the time and you can use flexible working to make your apprenticeship fit around your life.

There are also a number of apprentices currently on the programme who you can ask questions to and take advice from, perhaps even getting involved with some of the sports and social activities that regularly take place in every office.
