Our Supply Chain Management Degree Apprenticeship Programme develops the talent our business needs to identify, secure and distribute the vital parts that enable us to build our pioneering pieces of technology. It offers bold, curious and ambitious individuals the chance to get real work experience and earn a salary, whilst studying for a debt-free honours degree in Management and Leadership. It’s an exceptional opportunity to build a career and make an impact on a world-class supply chain.
Typically spending four years learning from our expert team, you’ll gain the sort of practical knowledge you simply can’t develop in the classroom. That’s because you’ll experience the full breadth of our global supply chain as you take on placements in different areas of our business. As well as getting on-the-job training on real-life projects, you’ll also study a BA (Hons) in Management & Leadership delivered at a range of universities across the UK. It means you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds as you carve out a career in supply chain management.
What you’ll do
The importance of our global supply chain can’t be overstated. The team here make sure components, parts and products are where they need to be, when they need to be there, right across the world. They’re responsible for a supply chain that starts with raw materials being extracted from the ground and ends with high-specification materials being put into an engine. You’ll get broad experience as you carry out your placements; delving into the detail of how materials get from A to B, the packaging we use, and even making improvements to this complex supply chain. All of which will equip you to manage the day-to-day delivery of components as a Material Resource Planning Controller once you complete the programme. As you grow and develop, you’ll discover lots of fulfilling career opportunities in supply chain management.
What you’ll get
A competitive salary starting from £13,125 a year and increasing as you complete your training
A competitive pension, and 33 days’ holiday per year (inclusive of bank holidays)
Career support from day one
A bachelor’s degree in Management and Leadership and nationally-recognised qualifications

You’ll need three A-levels or equivalent (obtained or predicted) at grade C or above in any subject, plus GCSEs (or equivalent) at a minimum grade C/4 in English Language and Maths.
