Applications for our Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship are now open, for a September 2019 start.
This apprenticeship is aimed at those that have completed A Levels or equivalent studies and will provide an insight into how HR operates and supports an organisation. For further information about this apprenticeship standard please click here.
The HR Apprentice will be based in our Chelmsford office, working within the HR Operations team. The HR Apprentice will get involved in writing HR policies, answering HR system and benefit queries, assisting with general administrative tasks including answering daily queiries sent to the HR Admin email inbox and ad-hoc project work to support the wider HR team.
In addition to a dedicated supervisor at Kennedys, you will have a tutor and skills coach to ensure that you have all the support you need at work and with your studies. We offer a competitive salary paying at least the UK Living wage, giving you the opportunity to earn whilst you learn.
Upon completion of the Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship, apprentices may be eligible to apply for Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
To be considered for an apprenticeship, you will need:
• 3 x A-Levels or equivalent at Grade B or above
