We are seeking a highly motivated and conscientious Apprentice who is interested in working in Investor Relations in our Real Estate business. The successful applicant will provide business development and client service support to M&G Real Estate business whilst gaining a practical introduction to the operation of an investment business, and exposure to a range of business experiences.

Investor Relations Team
The real estate investor relations team is a dynamic and energetic team that focuses on the development and maintenance of relationships with our investors. The team works closely with the finance, legal, compliance, marketing and fund management areas to not only service our existing investors but also to support the growth and development of the business.
As an Investor Relations Apprentice, you will be producing a variety of business presentations and documents which support the Procurement activities, including maintenance of data and business reports.
Your daily duties will include:
Producing presentations for new business opportunities
Maintaining the slide library
Assisting with the production of Due Diligence questionnaires for new business opportunities
Acting as a point of liaison with the Global Request For Proposal team
Compiling proposals information
Cleaning up, maintenance and tagging of real estate prospects in a bespoke system
Maintaining the team work-log
Assisting with management information reports
Coordinating team meetings including minutes taking and actions tracking
Providing ad hoc admin support to the Team where required
As a Business Administration Apprentice with BPP, you will undertake the Business Administrator Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship. The apprenticeship will be delivered through a blend of live online learning, pre-recorded lectures, and face to face inductions and masterclasses.
