As an apprentice you will be involved in administration around the collections process, provision of updates to lawyers on cash collected and some exposure to collection of low value bills. Working in the credit control function will provide an excellent grounding in the systems and processes used to facilitate cash collection, and an understanding of debt ledgers.

In addition to a dedicated supervisor at Kennedys, you will have a tutor at Kaplan to ensure that you have all the support you need at work and with your studies. We offer a competitive salary (paying at a minimum the UK Living wage both in and outside London).

Kaplan will be our learning provider for the Level 2 Credit Controller and Collector apprenticeship. Apprentices can attend face-to-face classroom based lessons, Live Online sessions or OnDemand.
