The online application form can be accessed via the apply button and the completed form should be accompanied by a covering letter. All candidates undertake verbal and numerical reasoning aptitude tests, after a full review of their applications.

Selected candidates, whose applications clear the initial review and testing stage, attend a personal interview with a manager or member of the recruitment team. The interview includes a discussion on an analytical case and competency/skill-based questions.

The final step is to attend an interview with a partner and meet the team at the selected office. Candidates may also be asked to complete individual and group written exercises and successful candidates will be sent offers within a week.
